Unfortunately, we do not accept returns as all our products are handmade and bespoke, tailored specifically to your requirements.

Once an order is placed, we cannot accommodate any amendments due to the personalised nature of our products. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

How are shipments handled?
We offer two options for shipments: delivery with normal charges or collection from a NW7 or NW1 address (exact address will be given after checkout), providing convenience and cost-effectiveness for our customers.

We recommend hand washing and spot cleaning only for our pouches and bags. The interior material is waterproof, allowing for thorough cleaning on the inside.
How are the personalisations applied to the pouches and bags?
Personalisations are either embroidered on or heat pressed, depending on the fabric of the pouch itself, ensuring durability and quality.
